Sweet & Sour Craving

We are finally in Rock Springs, Wyoming, having a bit of rest & relax after checking into Hilton. Glad it wasn't a Super 88 motel or other highway motels.

After 3 weeks of outdoor activities, I have the craving for sweet & sour pork, a dish my friend, Tam knows all too well, why! Its on to Chopstix Asian Bistro for dinner to get my fix.

The next couple of days will be spent on preparing for our next hike. Packing our backpacks, shopping, car wash and laundry.
